Terre Nere Etna Rosso 750ml Red

The stamp of the Nerello Mascalese variety is absolutely evident in the wine. Floral character reminiscent of rose and violets, red fruit and a slight smoky mineral feel, like smoldering coals. For his classic Etna, Marco de Grazia uses organically grown young Nerello Mascalese vines with just a "drop" of Nerello Capuccio from all the estate's different vineyards. The wine is left to mature in large oak tanks for approximately 16 months. Etna Rosso is more a tribute to the past than a wine that reflects the modern industry that insists on excessive extractions and exuberant barrels. It is aimed primarily at wine lovers who love elegance in their wines
