Deep red color. On the nose intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, violet, coffee and dark chocolate blend harmoniously with the spicy character of the spices. Full-bodied mouth with round tannins and balanced acidity with aromatic richness and long aftertaste.
Can be aged 10-15 years from the vintage.
Drink at 16-18˚C , accompanying red meats with complex sauces, poultry and mountain game, as well as spicy cheeses.
