Martini Asti is a sparkling wine originating from the Piedmont region, where the Martini originated and in the 1850s the first sparkling wines were created. The name comes from the Martinotti fermentation method, which dates back to 1895 to create this delightful sparkling wine with flavors of pear, green apple and peach. Only the best wines from the heart of the Asti region are selected to create Martini Asti. A sparkling wine with a harmonious balance between its aromas and sweetness, with a wonderful fruity taste. It is ideally accompanied by cream desserts (such as panna cotta), Italian cakes (Panetone) or fruit.
