Golden yellow color and complex aroma of tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), honey and wax on a subtle background of baked bread. In the mouth, fatty and round, with a sense of sweetness, and leaving a characteristic freshness in the aftertaste.
Ideally served at 10-12oC next to grilled fish, shellfish, pasta and a wide range of fatty cheeses.
