Pavlidis Emphasis Assyrtiko 750ml White

Green-yellow color with intense aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers, on a metallic background. These aromas continue in the mouth, which stands out for its volume and sharp acidity. The fine finish is followed by a lasting aftertaste. It is a fresh wine that you drink pleasantly immediately, but the longer it stays in the bottle, the more strongly the robust character of Assyrtikos becomes apparent.
Ideally serve at 9-11oC accompanying Greek summer dishes, fish, salads as well as pastas and risotto.
