Produced from the combination of the cosmopolitan Sauvignon Blanc variety and our own exuberant Assyrtikos. After a pre-fermentation extraction of a few hours, the juice of the grapes is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature. Its color is pale greenish-yellow, with intense clarity. It is served at 10?C and is recommended to be consumed in the first 2 years of its age.
Its nose is characterized by intense aromas of tropical fruits that alternate with citrus notes, such as lemon and grapefruit.
Its taste is rich and harmonious, with excellent structure, refreshing acidity and a great aromatic aftertaste.
Accompanies fish, seafood, green salads with fresh and dried fruits and varieties of white cheeses.
